The registration fee includes:
• Cadaveric specimen (1 Shoulder per registrant)
• Registration and course materials
• Protective wear (please bring your own scrubs)
• Laboratory and lecture sessions

Accreditation
The Arthroscopy Association of North America (AANA) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

CME Credit
The Arthroscopy Association of North America (AANA) designates this educational activity for a maximum of 9.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Waiver
Routine safety precautions should be taken by all participants as during normal surgical procedures. A signed waiver of liability will be required from each laboratory participant which must be signed on-site at the time of registration.

Due to the nature of the course structure, housing has not been secured for course participants.

Faculty
The list of faculty is correct at the time of this publication. All faculty disclosures will be distributed at the course on September 25, 2010.

Refunds
Refunds will be subject to a non-refundable $75.00 processing fee. Requests for refunds must be received in writing at the Association office by September 10, 2010
