ARTHROSCOPY JOURNAL LUNCH AND COURSE
(for prospective reviewers and authors)
The editors of the Arthroscopy Journal will host a lunch for those interested in reviewing or writing papers for the Journal publication. Insight into the review process will be provided. Expectations for paper structure and content as well as reviewer objectives and responsibilities will be outlined. All registered
participants will be provided with a booklet that summarizes the course and gives added instruction for both reviewers and authors. Limited to 100 participants, a box lunch will be provided. See the registration form for details.

For the first time ever, AANA is pleased to offer a new and exciting Roundtable instructional case format. World class faculty will oversee and facilitate discussions of timely and controversial cases addressing topics and concepts of great interest to participants. These “Roundtables” are specifically designed to offer those who attend the unique opportunity to interact closely with these expert faculty and with each other by participating directly in the case discussions. Pertinent history and physical examination pearls as well as valuable tips for surgical management will be entertained and debated. Space is very limited to only 15 participants for each Roundtable session so please register early. Don’t miss this opportunity to “sit at the Roundtable” and take part in these new and informative courses!

OPENING CEREMONY
AANA President Richard L. Angelo, MD will preside over the Opening Ceremony on Thursday, May 17 at 8:00 AM. During this ceremony, AANA will welcome International Presidents as well as invited International colleagues.

Refunds will be subject to a non-refundable $75 processing fee. Requests for refunds must be received in writing in the Association office by April 25, 2012. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER APRIL 25TH 2012. Refunds will not be made for no shows.
