AANA Refund Policy

General

Refunds will be issued using the same method as the initial payment.  For example, if registration for a course was paid via credit card, any refund will be credited to the same credit card.

Lab Courses and Training

Requests for refunds must be received in writing by the AANA office at least four weeks prior to the course for which the individual is registered.  Refunds will be subject to a non-refundable $500 processing fee.  Refunds will not be issued for requests received less than four weeks before the course.

You may switch courses within the same course year, space permitting, by notifying AANA in writing at least four weeks prior to the course. Transfer fees are subject to a non-refundable $200 transfer fee. 

In the unlikely event that it is necessary for AANA to cancel a course at the Orthopaedic Learning Center, AANA will notify registrants at least 30 days prior to the course.  Registration fees will be fully refunded, however, other costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel penalties, are the registrant’s responsibility.

Fall Course and Annual Meeting

Refunds will be subject to a non-refundable $75 processing fee.  Requests for refunds must be received in writing at the AANA office by the date specified on the registration form.  No refunds will be issued for requests received after the date specified.

On-Line CME

There are no refunds for on-line CME courses.
