Course 301: Meniscus Resection, Repair and Replacement: Practical Choices, Evidenced-Based Management

At the completion of this course, the participant will 1) understand which tears should be repaired, and which should not; 2) recognize current indications and contraindications for meniscal transplantation; 3) be familiar with the current, evidenced-based literature on meniscal surgery; 4) learn the latest techniques available and surgical pearls; 5) understand post-operative consequences for the patients as you guide them during their recovery; 6) learn appropriate CPT coding for each procedure.
Course 302: Controversies in Arthroscopic Shoulder Stabilization

At the completion of this course, the participant will 1) have an understanding of the various instruments and techniques available for each unique surgical case of shoulder instability; 2) be able to diagnose and treat patients with micro-instability of the shoulder; 3) be able to recognize and treat accessory and subtle causes of shoulder instability such as interval tears, partial labral tears and associated rotator cuff tears; 4) understand why shoulder instability surgeries fail and how to treat this challenging group of patients.
Course 303: Current Strategies in ACL Reconstruction: Double Bundle, Computer Navigation, Adolescent and Revision Surgery

At the completion of this course, the participant will be up to date on the newest techniques in ACL surgery including double bundle reconstruction, ACL repair, pediatric ACL challenges and revision ACL.
Course 304: The Arthroscopic Management of Rotator Cuff Disease: Skills and Strategies for Effective Outcomes: Update 2008

At the completion of this course, the participant will 1) appreciate methods for the evaluation of partial-thickness articular and bursal surface rotator cuff tears and methods for determining when and how to debride vs. repair those lesions; 2) understand a strategy for the assessment of full-thickness cuff tears and a stepwise plan for repairing them including the indications and techniques for dual row fixation; 3) learn how to determine which large to massive tears are amenable to repair and how to employ releases and fixation methods to optimize the chance of healing; 4) know the keys to appreciating the gamut of subscapularis pathology including identification of the "comma sign" and to know effective subscapularis repair techniques.
Course 305: Hip Arthroscopy Essentials: How to Effectively Introduce the Techniques into your Practice

At the completion of this course, the participant will 1) gain knowledge regarding patient selection and indications for hip arthroscopy; 2) have an understanding of the basic principles of hip arthroscopy; 3) be exposed to advanced techniques including labral management, impingement and snapping hip syndrome.
Course 306: Advances in Effective Communication: How to Avoid Sweating the Small Stuff through Lessons in Time and Stress Management
