REGISTRATION

Enrollment for all sessions is limited. Registrations are accepted and assignments are made in the order they are received. Visit aana.org/AANA20 and click on the registration link to complete the registration form and submit payment with a credit card.

On-site registrations will be accepted beginning on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 during registration hours.

 

FEES

The registration fee includes all continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, receptions, registration materials and general sessions. ICL registration, Golf, Wine Tour, 5K and Foundation Event are an additional fee.

 

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

Refunds will be subject to a non-refundable $100 processing fee. Requests for refunds must be received in writing at the Association office by April 8, 2020. No refunds will be issued on or after April 8, 2020. Refunds will not be made for no-shows.

Golf, 5K and the Wine Tour are non-refundable. Name changes are permitted for these activities.

AANA is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
