Patterns of Hip Capsular Closure Management for Hip Arthroscopy Procedures
October 20, 2021 – August 20, 2022
Fill Out the Survey
Purpose: Significant variability exists in the literature and in clinical practice regarding capsular management patterns in hip arthroscopy, namely in the type of capsulotomy performed and methods of capsular closure. As such, the goal of this survey is to help establish an expert consensus on current hip capsular management practices. The purpose of our study will be to establish a better understanding on the variation in hip capsular management for hip arthroscopy procedures according to practice location, practice type, length of practice, amount of hip arthroscopy experience, gender, and whether participants are fellowship trained.

Graft Choice in Hip Labral Reconstructions
June 10, 2022 - September 10, 2022
Fill Out the Survey
Purpose: To determine which type of graft is being used for labral reconstruction. Our objectives are to see what percentage of the practice consists of hip arthroscopies as well as how many years the surgeon has been performing them. We then hope to publish the results so other orthopaedic surgeons who are starting to do hip arthroscopy can see what other experienced hip arthroscopists are using for grafts and techniques in labral reconstruction.
