Enrollment for all courses is limited. Registrations are accepted and assignments are made in the order they are received. Click HERE to complete the registration form and submit payment with a credit card. Registration opens November 29, 2021.
On-site registrations will be accepted beginning on Thursday, May 19, 2022, during registration hours.
GUEST ROOM BLOCK
Book your guest room with the AANA Annual Meeting room block before Thursday April 21, 2022, to receive the group discount. The discount rate cannot be guaranteed after that date.
FEES & STRUCTURE
The registration fee includes all continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, receptions, registration materials and general sessions. ICL registration is included in this fee, but registration is necessary.
Registration refunds will be subject to a non-refundable $100 processing fee. Requests for refunds must be received in writing at the Association office by April 21, 2022. No refunds will be issued after April 21, 2022. Refunds will not be made for no-shows.
AANA is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Cost incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the registrant.
Refunds are not available for add-ons and ticketed special events. Name changes will be allowed.
Health and Safety Precautions
As we continue to navigate this post-COVID-19 world, we will continue to adhere to the recommended Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and make attendee health and safety our top priority. Our policy is that only those who are vaccinated or have a negative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test within the last 72 hours prior to the event will be allowed to attend in-person meetings.
AANA will require all attendees, exhibitors and staff to provide proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test within the last 72 hours prior to the meeting in order to enter the meeting venue and pick up registration materials. Verification of vaccination or PCR test will be required at the registration area onsite. If you cannot provide proof, you will not be allowed to attend the meeting and refunds will not be provided.
Once your vaccination status/PCR test has been verified, you will be allowed to pick up your registration materials and badges. Your badge will serve as proof of vaccination/PCR test for the remainder of the meeting.
