Chief Executive Officer

Laura serves as AANA's Chief Executive Officer. She works closely with the Association's leadership to ensure the overall success of the organization's mission and strategic initiatives. In her spare time, Laura loves to travel, meet new people and spend time with friends and family.

 

BeccaBecca Daly
Governance & Operations Manager

Becca works with the Board of Directors and AANA Committees. She serves as staff liaison to several committees, manages grant applications, and serves as the point of contact for AANA volunteer opportunities. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on her favorite Chicago sports teams and traveling.

Education

KimKim Santaniello
Director of Education

Kim works with the Education Committee to develop, implement and evaluate educational offerings for AANA members. She is responsible for overall Education strategy as well as ACCME compliance, and serves as co-liaison to the Learning Center Committee. In her free time she enjoys sharing the antique auto hobby with her husband, and fundraising for breast cancer research.

 

AlexAlex Andryk
Education Specialist

Alex works alongside arthroscopic surgeons and industry sponsors to coordinate and execute educational courses at the OLC. In his spare time, Alex like to enjoy various outdoor activities like camping, fishing, and hiking.

 

KristiKristi Harreld, M.A.
Education Specialist

Kristi assists in developing and executing educational courses at AANA. When not planning and running courses at AANA, she enjoys reading, miniature golf, and water sports.

Education Foundation

ShantalShantal Alonso, J.D.
Director of Development

Shantal leads the AANA Education Foundation’s development efforts. She serves as the main point of contact for the Education Board of Trustees, the Development Committee, as well as corporate and individual donors. In her spare time, Shantal teaches mindfulness courses to youth and families and enjoys spending time with her family in Chicago.

Financial

DaveDave Hood
Director of Finance

Dave oversees the financial aspects of the Association. He works diligently with the Finance Committee and staff to prepare budgets and financials. In his spare time, he loves to spend time with his family and friends at his cabin in Wisconsin.

 

CarrieCarrie L. Corona
Senior Accounting & Administration Manager

Carrie is all about the details. She manages membership and the day-to-day operations and accounting. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family and friends, and go to baseball games and music festivals.

Technology

AdamAdam Fultz
Senior IT Manager

Adam is a Senior IT Manager, involved with the management of the technical infrastructure, systems and databases for the association. Adam loves dogs and contributes to many shelters and organizations.

 

RobertRobert Kieca
IT Coordinator

Robert assists AANA staff members with a variety of business and association-specific applications and technologies. He also maintains AANA's website by modernizing and keeping content up-to-date. In his free time, he enjoys exploring new places, keeping up with gaming and tech news, and performing yoga exercises.

Marketing and Member Services

ChristineChristine Nogal, M.B.A., CAE
Director of Marketing & Member Services

Christine develops and oversees AANA's strategic marketing plans for meetings, education and membership. She is also responsible for member recruitment, retention and satisfaction. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering for the Association Forum of Chicagoland, running races and spending time with family.

 

LynnseyLynnsey M. Zimmerman, M.S.
Program Manager of Marketing and Design

Lynnsey helps to oversee AANA marketing initiatives while planning and executing marketing, promotions and communications activities for AANA education programs. She also manages branding and design needs to maintain continuity across all mediums. When she has a spare moment, Lynnsey taps into her creative side by baking peanut butter sweets or crafting DIY goods. She also cherishes time spent with her Schnoodle Ollie.

 

ReneeRenee Zagozdon
Marketing & Membership Specialist

Renee handles the execution of AANA’s membership recruitment and retention activities in addition to providing marketing support for educational programming. She also assists with writing and editing headlines and copy for marketing materials such as email, web, social media and dues billing invoices. Renee is an avid dog lover and owns a purebred yellow lab named Zeus. She also enjoys running outdoors in her spare time.

Meetings

FrancesFrances Park, CMP
Senior Meetings Manager

Frances manages all things logistical for AANA's conferences and events. She is also an accomplished pianist and a terrible ukulele performer.

 

BeatrizBeatriz Crespo Vazquez
Education / Meetings Coordinator

Beatriz is the Education / Meetings Coordinator, receptionist, and provides support as the secretary to the AANA staff. In her leisure time she enjoys biking, running, and spending time with her family.

 

KassieKassie Mueller
Meeting Planner

Kassie assists in planning and executing educational courses with the OLC and industry sponsors. She additionally works closely with the Learning Center Committee. In her spare time, she loves to cook and teach dance to young children.

Arthroscopy Journal Staff

DeborahDeborah T. VanNoy
Managing Editor

Deborah is responsible for overseeing the peer-review process of all manuscripts submitted to Arthroscopy and Arthroscopy Techniques. She is also the liaison between authors, reviewers, and the Editors.
