Wills and Planned Bequeaths

Gifts by will are one of AANA’s most important sources of support. Unrestricted gifts give us the greatest flexibility to use funds where they are most needed.

You may leave AANA:

  • A stated dollar amount
  • A percentage of your residual estate (what remains after gifts to loved ones and expenses have been paid), or
  • A specific asset, such as securities or other marketable property

Step 1: How to name AANA Education Foundation in your will

Legal name: Arthroscopy Association of North America Education Foundation
Address: 9400 W. Higgins Road, Suite 200, Rosemont, IL 60018
Federal tax ID#:  26-2136165
