  • Deliver a variety of educational activities to enhance cognitive knowledge and psychomotor skill competence in arthroscopic surgery and related minimally invasive treatments in the knee, shoulder, hip, foot/ankle, and elbow/wrist, as well as understanding of policies and methods for improving practice management.
  • Measure the effectiveness of educational activities by utilizing post-activity participant evaluations, faculty feedback forms, and one-to three-month post activity evaluation, and for enduring materials a pre-and post-test.  These instruments serve to assess the impact of the educational content on the acquisition of knowledge and competence, and in the case of one-to-three-month follow-up surveys, patient outcomes.
