Orthopaedic Arthroscopy/Sports Medicine Fellowship Grants Continue to Advance Training Opportunities Thanks to Johnson&Johnson MedTech / Orthopaedics Support

 

For nine consecutive years, AANA has proudly partnered with Johnson&Johnson MedTech / Orthopaedics to support the future of orthopaedic surgery through the Orthopaedic Arthroscopy/Sports Medicine Fellowship Grant Program. This ongoing commitment continues to deliver critical funding to fellowship programs across the country, enhancing the training experience for emerging Orthopaedic Surgeons.

 

In the 2025–2026 academic year, 41 fellowship programs will receive funding through this initiative, impacting 110 Fellows and distributing a total of $300,000. Since the program's inception in 2017, the grants have provided a total of $4.2 million to an average of 47 fellowship programs a year, directly supporting 1,200+ Fellows as they advance their skills in arthroscopy and minimally invasive techniques.
