Apply to Serve on the AANA Board of Directors

Take on an integral role in advancing AANA’s success by serving on the Board of Directors. The Board is led by members like you who are passionate about furthering AANA’s mission and helping drive positive, lasting change within the organization. Serving on the Board is also a meaningful way to demonstrate your leadership within AANA while supporting the members as well as the and future of arthroscopy and minimally invasive surgery.
We're currently looking to fill five board positions:
- Second Vice President: This position automatically progresses to become the First Vice President, serves one year as President and then serves two additional years on the board as Immediate Past President and Past President.
- Secretary: One-year term, but can serve a total of three terms.
- Treasurer: One-year term, but can serve a total of three terms.
- Two (2) Directors-at-Large: Three-year term.
The AANA Board of Directors meets three times per year: at the AANA Annual Meeting, once during the summer and once at a time to be determined. The Executive Committee meets one additional time in the winter.
