Applications are open for CatalystTM, a unique mentorship program designed to cultivate the next generation of clinician scholars in sports medicine. Ideal for motivated professionals with 2-7 years of clinical practice, this 18-month longitudinal experience combines a self-paced online curriculum (LearnORS) with personalized mentorship from senior research leaders, bimonthly virtual sessions and in-person collaboration. This program is the result of a new collaboration between the Arthroscopy Association of North America, the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and the Society of Military Orthopaedic Surgeons.
