Day 2: University of Iowa
Day 2 started with the Fellows arriving at the University of Iowa North Liberty Orthopaedic Campus which was built in 2025 and houses inpatient and outpatient orthopaedic procedures in 12 OR’s with clinical space, inpatient floor, lab space, radiology, ED and PT.

The Traveling Fellows and Godfather visit the brand new OR’s with site hosts Drs. Robert Westermann, Mike Willey and Joe.
The tour continues in the brand new PT facility with Former Travelling Fellwow and host Dr. Westermann.
The Fellows and Godfather were hosted at Dr. Brian Wolf’s house for a Cinco de Mayo dinner.
The evening finished with some fishing at Dr. Wolf’s house where Dr. Alan Zhang caught his very first fish ever!
