Day 3: University of Iowa

Day 3 included morning didactic as Traveling Fellows presented to the University of Iowa and were gifted souvenir hoodies! 

The Fellows finished their second day in the OR at the University of Iowa. They observed hip arthroscopy, pelvic and knee osteomy, reverse total shoulder arthroplasty, massive rotator cuff tear with augmentation, meniscus repair, multi-ligament knee surgery and elbow arthroscopy.

The Fellows and Godfather toured the University of Iowa Sports facilities including the football, basketball and wrestling facilities.

Last dinner with their wonderful hosts in Iowa! This was an amazing first stop on their trip even though the Godfather was locked in the back seat of a car for a little while!
